Up to 40 knots across the deck
We did make the most of it and spend a full day on shore visiting the town with a lovely little market and the beach, .which was extremely pleasant. We also went exploring around the light house and the cliffs around it. We even went swimming off the rocks in a secluded little bay. The sea was so clear it was just incredible. We rounded up the day with a drink in town…a treat for us… We spent the late afternoon sipping wine in glasses so small, the equivalent of of an eye bath, Ian joked, eavesdropping on the locals conversation. Not a tourist in sight, they were all on the beach.
