We took the bus to go around the island, some of the places were really pretty. Not all exclusive resorts and posh places, but little seafront eateries and roulottes.
We also went for a hike with Sophie and Andre (Frimousse), took the bus out of town to the valley. Easy to start with, it soon became a bit sporty, we got wet a few times fording the river and it involved a lot of climbing over rocks. And it was all worth it, the waterfall was impressive. That was a good day.
The week was soon at an end and we traipsed back to Taina anchorage for a couple of days to finish our supermarket shopping and a bit of internet at the pink flamingo and have a meal on board with Frimousse. Once again interrupted nights, boats very close and even with no wind they are all over the shop. Glad to be going to Moorea tomorrow.
